A service proposal and agreement take precedence for contracted work.
Website information
Content is general information and does not create a service contract. Plan prices are indicative, may be subject to VAT and depend on a property-specific assessment.
Inspection limitations
Property inspections are visual and non-invasive. They cannot guarantee discovery of concealed defects and do not constitute structural, electrical, plumbing, pool, engineering or other technical certification.
Third-party services
Specialist maintenance and repair work may be coordinated with qualified third parties. Their work, pricing, availability and professional responsibility are separate from Guardemar’s inspection and coordination service unless expressly agreed otherwise.
